Junior League of Edmonton gratefully acknowledges the generous support
of IBM in helping
us build a better community.
Volunteers assisted with the care of crippled children in the orthopaedic ward of the University of Alberta Hospital. The Junior Hospital League also provided for a teacher (1932–58), a therapeutic pool (1934), formation of a Brownie pack (1936), reading lamps for the isolation ward (1940) and a rehabilitation kitchen (1958).
