It is with a fond heart that we remember Teddy (pictured below), a miniature horse from Hearts and Hooves who visited the Capital Care Norwood Palliative Hospice with JLE members earlier this year. On Feb. 10, 2007 the Junior League of Edmonton participated in an on-site visit with Hearts and Hooves to the Capital Care Norwood Palliative Hospice. Hearts and Hooves was the 2006 recipient of the Junior League of Edmonton's Community Assistance Fund grant.
The entire group of volunteers including some of the stars of the visit -
